Central Massachusetts Search and Rescue is looking for experienced and dedicated individuals to join the team. Interested candidates should fill out an application. Applications are reviewed by the Board of Directors at one of our monthly meetings. Accepted applicants are then invited to our Mod l / ll training weekend. Upon completion, they are invited on to the team on a probationary status until they have completed all training modules and received their Tech ll status. Once they have completed all training, they are considered Active Members and made available for call-outs. This process takes about 1 year if all monthly trainings are attended.

Active members are required to attend at least one training per quarter and at least 32 hours of training per year. A high degree of professionalism is expected both on missions and off. Members are expected to adhere to a strict media/social media policy that prohibits sharing information or photos from rescues.
